A cylindrical counterweight balances the mass of the tabletop and its frame, resulting in a floating surface which can be fixed at any desired height.
Adding or removing extra weights on either side of the cylindrical counterweight allows for a perfect balance, even if the load and/or use changes. For impromptu workout sessions and to store any unused extra weights the Kettle Bell is sold separately.
